nobody makes dual exhaust for saturns.

somebody better tell the neons that 1) it's not true dual exhaust and 2) it will hurt you performance

that said a custom setup will actually be cheaper than most cat-back systems if you find a reputable muffle shop.

that said. don't do it. i've seen it done and it's fuggin stupid looking.

Go to a custom shop to have it done.

I personally like the looks of the dual exhaust. I've got it done on mine. I've had TONS of compliments on it. From what I've noticed I haven't really lost any performance. Might have lost a little LOW end but gained HIGH end.
It depends GREATLY on how the piping is done.

There are two ways to go about this.

One is to simply get a Y-pipe and stick it on your existing exhaust and add the extra piping, hangars, and muffler to create the dual exhaust, although most of your flow will come out of one pipe still.

The second option is to have a custom exhaust manifold made, two pieces. A one pipe to two cylinder hookup so a 2-1. Then those pipes can run separately down the car and be true dual exhaust, that is a lot of $$$. It can be done, I have seen all years and models with them so its possible, just gotta find a muffler shop to do it for ya.

I got mine done at my g/f's dad car shop outside of Pgh. It is really a single with the Y off that was mentioned earlier with a cherry bomb in it. I love the way it sounds. Check it out my car domain site and tell me what you think.

You don't need that. Take a header upper and make your own downpipe, which spits the flow from 2 cylinders through a cat and flow from the other 2 through a different cat and work from there.

Or put the Y on the cat and have 2 pipes going back.

That's why muffler shops were invented.
