| makes sense for me. i mean all ill be losing out of the deal is an AEM decal right? ill be saving $160 or so. im sold. Thanks.

evidently you don't have one, they come with a CARB sticker that professes California compliance,
i have the one mentioned, got it for $79.99 (the generic model from the same seller) plus shipping, bolted on slick as can be and the CAI is nestled and protected in front of the left fenderwheel, AWAY from water.
whatever, the AEM is a rip for price, this one works just as well as the expensive ones.

| just be sure the pipe doesn't rest on the radiator hose, cuz it'll rub through from vibrations over time. You can just put something between that will take the punishment. |

| Pretty much anything. If you have some other rubber tubing around, that could work - just something that can wrap around the hose would be good - just make sure it's not gonna fall out, and probably check the condition every 6 months or something to make sure it doesn't wear through and let the hose get damaged anyway. |

| Anyone have the CARB eo number for the CP? last i heard it was a bunk number just to spoof off stupid cops that see something shinny and slaps a ticket on it.
