Jet Chip.

Okay i know this has been discussed a million times and i searched for the old posts but none of them had any clear answers.

My brother has a mustang and when he gets things done to it, he can get the chip redone and tuned perfect for what his car needs as far as air/fuel and anything else.

Anyway...i know our saturn computers cant be reflashed or anything but as you all know JET offers a program where they resauder it...and add the specs of your ride to it. They cant just reflash it so they have to do it this way. Everyone ive seen says thats not true but...how is that not true? how would that not work?

As far as i see it, why couldnt the air/fuel be adjusted to fit my cars needs? How could you even upgrade a car without having the computer know what you need?

It seems this jet would make the car run like it should with the things that are done to it...

Please set me strait on whythis jet thing would not work and how they get away with selling it if it really does nothing at all.

You can mod other ECUs, not Saturn ones. There is no explaination I'm going to give you other than it won't work. You can't adjust our ECUs like you can on other vehicles.
