just lettin yall know about a pretty good muffler... its pretty nice..50 bucks from jegs er summit.. has a skinny tube running in the middle of the spiral thing too so it doesnt all spiral... anyway i was running open exhaust manifold before w/ a cc collector insert and resonator (2 1/4" pipe w/ turndown)...i replaced the resonator with the muffler and i like it.... it sounds less raspy than with the resonator...much deeper sound and quieter but its so deep that the car shakes a little at certain rpms..but im sure itll quiet down as the days pass as it already has been doing...as for performance there is definetly a pretty good increase down low since i had very little backpressure before and top end power is just VERY VERY slightly less than before... the shop i got it installed at (where i work) just got this scca miata race car in that theyre doin an engine swap for...we put it on the lift and guess what kinda muffler it had..moroso spiral flow... wierd..anyway i give it my thumbs up
