Default Motor Mount

I was wondering about SDA's top motor mount if it is a good replacement or should i just get one from the dealer. and if i do get SDA's would it be a good idea to get the other motor mounts.

napa or rockauto, just as good as dealer at 1/3 the price. fast shipping too.

never go poly insert, they're harder and only good if you're racing all the same.

Ive got the poly insert top axis mount (kinda scared me at first because i heard rumors about it crackin the timing chain cover but it hasnt happened yet) and it isnt all that bad but i do have the poly engine and trans. mount also now so it is a little rough on acceleration but it isnt all that bad.

He isn't referring to the Prothane inserts from Summit.

The top mount insert from SDA is not a replacement mount. It is an insert for the first style of torque axis mount. I have been using one since the beginning of the summer and it really does help get some extra torque to the ground. Launches and power coming out of a corner is much smoother. Vibration inside the car did go up, but not by much. For a daily driver, I would still say go for it.

Where did you find a polyurathane transmission mount? Or are you referring to the other dog bone on that side.
