That right there is a TB adapter. You can find them at any pick-yer-parts junk or salvage yard. They come off of 1986-1991 Chevy Cavalier 4cyls (non Z-24) and Pontiac Sunbirds. I have heard that they are also on most other older GM 4cyls but not sure if thats true or not. The part is cheap shouldnt run you more than 5$ and make sure you get the rubber seal ring that comes with it.

OK now onto the intake. You can purchase any intake for a 1991-99 DOHC Saturn and it will work fine. If you have a manual you can get an AEM cold air, but if you have an automatic, it wont work because your tranny filter is in the way of the piping route.

Personally I went with the Injen Intake system. I went to www.ptuning.com and got one for $170, free shipping, comes with the filter and a bracket to mount it on the battery tray.

OK now in picture above is the total package connected. The extra tubing is needed to allow the intake to reach around the cam cover and come down to the front of the car. Here is what you need other than the adapter and intake itself:

-3" to 3" rubber connector (available at most plumbing or hardware stores)
-2" to 3" rubber connector
-3" piece of exhaust piping that is approx. 3" long (available at AutoZone or Pep Boys)

Once they are all bought you can slide the 3" to 3" connector onto the TB and tighten it down, then slide the 3" exhaust piping between the 3-3 connector and 3-2 connector. Once that is all pieced and tightened the intake tubing itself (chrome tubing on right of pic) can be slipped into place and tightened down. The bracket for the intake I purchased came with instructions on how to mount.

So once that is all connected here is the final product. I have a 94 SL1 also.
