you could easily construct that for the price of the gas shock and the hardware

Haha, if I built it, you know what it would do?


It would fasten perfectly. I would think of something awesome.

It would all fit beneath the hood when I closed it.

I would construct it for less than half of what that one costs, due to the fact that I buy everything on eBay.

And, lastly, hte firrst time I pop my hood, it would shoot up so fast it would take me with it, throwing me onto my roof, breaking my hood hinges, and shattering my windshield

see if your worried about the hood falling on you when your working underneath the engine, just take the damn hood off
