Weld this http://spswebpage.com/products/graphics/moaluco.jpgas down low as you can, and I'm set.

weld it??? that's like the last thing i'd do to a shift knob. I've got a momo and the rubber caps they give you make it so stinking hard to pull the knob off later. GRRR i've had to do it to replace my shift boot.

You'd be suprised how hard I shift.
Let's just say that I've broken linkages in a DSM before, and yanked the knob straight off of a Firebird.

LOL.....all depends on what you're doin it for. My Camaro had no shift boot. I ripped it out and had the knob welded to the shifter. The factory knob made a nice dent in the headliner when it flew off from my shifting habits.

Hey, if you make the seat belt pads I want some. What colors would you be doing them in?

LOL......awww, come on.....hehe, I won't shift yours that hard. The camaro was a serious beast of a car. That thing, if you didn't shift hard with that car, it wasn't gonna go anywhere. I miss the feeling of being able to go that fast, although, I wouldn't give up my Satty to have it back

Out of curiosity, are you going to be using Chris's plans for the short throw? I've been looking around forever and can't find plans for it, so good luck finding them.
