Default Where can I get a good replacement radio?

I would prefer a direct replacment OEM, but another good double DIN would do. I know I can get single DIN's anywhere.

Thanks,

Bill

I know pioneer at least used to make a nice double-din cd player. I'd recommend aftermarket over OEM unles you're in a high-crime area. Just curious - why not a standard single-din player and dash adapter?

That is an option. We actually have a singlg-din picked out but I wanted to see what else was available. I also posted for a used OEM.

We're selling the car in a year. I just want to keep the cost down.

Thanks,

Bill

if you have a true double-din dash, then kenwood, pinoeer, & clarion make then for sure. the kenwood & pioneer's i've seen have a built in screen for movies/navigation/etc. no need for a fold out design.

nm, didn't see your post about keeping the costs down

If your trying to keep costs down, buying a single DIN and mount kit would probably be cheaper. From what I've seen at stores, double are usually about 250-350 bucks, where as a single runs from 100-300. (theres always extenuating circumstanes though, this is just an round about price). A mounting kit will run you from 15-20.
