the stock sentra wheels are 4x114 (4x4.5) so no, they won't. i'm pretty sure the spec-v seR's are 5 lugs, so they DEF won't fit. i'm trying to sell my set of 4x114's if you're interested.

What's 4x100/4x108? Are there 8 holes? I've never heard of 4x108.

One thing to keep in mind is that while the bolt holes may line up, if the rim offset doesn't match, the wheel bearings will get much more stress. Nissans (IIRC) have a rim offset that few other cars have.

4x108's are extremely unique, and really never seen much. i know the focus svt's use 4x108's, maybe some alfa romeo's and that sort of thing. 4 means 4 holes, 108 means 108mm between the center of each hole. 4x100 is the s-series, most hondas (until recently) etc. the mistu's, nissan's, hyundai's etc used 4x114 (until recently again) when they're all shifting to 5 lug designs.
