I Am New At Modding My Car And I Was Wondering If Anyone New If It Was Possible To Install Glow Needles Like The Ones In The Newer Saturns?

The best method I've seen people do so far is to paint the needles to glow under a blacklight, and then use a blacklight for one of the lights that shines on the gauge face.

I replaced the bulbs showing on the dash with leds from superbrightleds.com theyer really cheap. They are black lite in color. I did have to shave a little off where the lite shines thru so that more lite could be seen.
