Default HIDs doing a little flickering........

i installed some 4300K HIDs on my 02SL1 and they look great. but i have a question. i've noticed my HIDs seem to flicker every once in a while. ive ran the wiring straight from the battery (fuse box to be exact). is there another way to run them..........that way they wont flicker?

I have some from xenondepot as well and had that problem only when the first ignited. And then the both suddenly quit working, good thing it was during the day. Turned out to be the relay.
