well i did it once before, im in the process of glassin them right now

1. take off the whole door panel
2. get your dremel and grind off the plastic rivets
3. remove old fabric
4. clean off all glue and remainder of fabric
5. adhere new fabric
6. use some plastic epoxy to hold the insert in place
7. make sure its dry
8. reinstall door panel.

sounds easier then it is, take your time and have plenty of extra fabric...

i did mine differently:

take off the whole door panel. the inside door panel is held onto the car with plastic pish pins, but you need to undo the lock and handle assembly first to take off the panel. on back of panel mine had metal tabs that fold over and hold the fabric on the door. i started with white thick felt bought from walmart and used a hot glue gun to apply it over top of the original. i folded the fabric over the back of the metal panel and hot glued it on the back. then i put the panel back on the door, folded the tabs back and put the panel back on the door.
