Default 2000 Saturn SL2 won't start after sitting

Car ran fine while driving it, but when I parked it for a week and tried to start it again it tries, has some power, but won't fire. It has 200,000 K's, manual trans, new plugs and wires a few months ago, starter is rebuilt and seems fine, full tank of gas. So, whats the deal here? i'm not super mechanical, but dont' mind trying a few things to get her putting again.
