How long ago was this articel written. I dont think that article was about an Aura "Redline". It talks about if the production Aura gets a 250hp engine. The Aura XR is already 252hp.

idk when the article was written, but this post is 2yrs old b4 u got to it, and even then it started in jan '05....

Bet it gets the direct injected 3.6 from the Caddy CTS - 305 horsepower. It's a bolt in for the aura.

Love my Aura XR. It now does 0-60 in 6 flat and I am still on the OEM LS2's at 38 psi front and 35 rear. Now it drives more like a high end sport sedan than a Camry / Altama. Amazing what a little air pressure adjustment can do.
