I have a 2008 Aura xr .when I use the aux. input jack for my MP3 player, the volumn decreases sharply. I have to increase the volumn on the player to compensate for the decrease. Has anyone experience this & if so do you have an solution for the problem.

is there a volume setting on the mps player, to maby boost the sound going into the radio..

yes. the mp3 player has an vol. control. if I increase the vol. using the MP3 vol. control, it will affect the radio vol. & when I disconnect the player & go back to the radio , the radio will be too loud.
