Default '03 Saturn L200 - Auto HVAC 0- blowing cold in the winter...

'03 Saturn L200 - Auto HVAC- In cold weather, works fine for 10-15 minutes.
Then, bam ... Blasts cold air on high blower from every vent.
This has happened during cold weather for last three years. Took it in for service 3 times under warranty and now again (Dealer still covering HVAC after warranty) Done all the TSB's and calibration flashes... There is no fix for this. Dealer and Saturn Corp. using their favorite term "operating as designed". That doesn't keep my family from frostbite at 10° outside.
Saturn Customer Assistant is staying with the company line. Case #18825606 if anybody's interested... Anybody got any suggestions on where to go from here?

So are you asking why the heater doesn't work or what? It may help to explain your dilemma if you have auto-climate control or the manual system.
