I've looked at other posts, but they all say the same thing about driving around in circles to reset. We tried that. Maybe we weren't going fast enough, too fast, clockwise, counter-clockwise... How did everyone get their compass to work properly??? We just moved from region 7 to region 8 and before this move, no problems whatsoever. Since then, we dug out the manual, pressed the little button til it said "cal" and then went for a spin, literally. Around and around we went, and the compass still mocked us with its smug little "NW" when we knew that wasn't possible. We then tried simply changing the zone, still back to the "NW" problem. Anyway, sorry for the mini rant, I'd just really like to know definitively how to fix this issue and make the compass display the correct information. Anybody?

Welcome to the Board.

Did you change your zone in the compass? Press and hold the compass button (ignition on engine off) until a number comes up then press the the button until your zone number comes up. Then do the calibration.
