2003 Ion, weird noise when releasing clutch when cold

mergedown Junior Member Join Date: May 2004 Location: Pittsburgh, PA Posts: 16	2003 Ion, weird noise when releasing clutch when cold This is my first Saturn and I have owned it for 2 weeks. It has 16,000 miles on it and its a 5 speed ion Level 1. I just noticed that when the car is cold, it makes a weird whistle or whirl (not sure how else to explain the noise) sound when I release the clutch. It only does it once or twice when I I first drive a way. Seems to stop after that. Any ideas on what it is and if the warranty would cover it? Thanks
