Default 94 SL2 Electrical Problem

Hello all. I am new to this forum, but not new to others so i understand how this is. Last winter my sisters moonroof went nuts, so i took apart the headliner and came to the conclution that it was a seized motor (i pulled it out, and gave it power, and it would hit a flat spot and stop). While taking it out i broke the clip that held the dome light to the roof. My dad, in all of his wisdom, thought that it would be a good idea to wire it back up with bare wire. Well you guessed it, that messed up the dome light when power was added to the eqn. K, that wasn't the only problem however. Now the power locks don't work either when opperated from the inside, just nothing, but using the key from the outside still works. Any help would be great. thanks. ~K

Check for a blown fuse in the interior fuse panel. It's located on the passenger's side of the console.

So, normally, I am that smart ... checked the one for the locks and someother ones also. The problem was fuse 15 in the kickpanel named "Body." Is this common, weird names for things? Thanks for the help. ~K

It is for fuse; because you can only have one word answer.

Welcome to the Board.

Body fuse will be the fuse for things that are in and around the body of the car. Dome lamp power locks etc. If you check the owners manual it will give a complete listing of what is powered off of that fuse.
