Hello Everyone, my name is Justin and my wife Natalie drives the afformentioned car.

1. When a key is put in the ignition and turned, nothing but one click will be heard, and no turning of the engine. Try again and one or two turns later the car will start, UNLESS

2. The car is already on and warmed up, then when the engine is turned off, the car will not start again for a few hours . The same sound of one click is heard and then no turning of the engine.

Just some quick answers to questions you might ask me.

The battery and terminal connections are OK. I have visually and physically inspected them. No corrosion and they are tight.

The car has lots of power (electric) and eventually starts on its own without a jump.

I have tried jumping the car, and that did not help.

I am leaning towards the starter but will appreciate any advice from anyone, especially those people whom have experienced the same issue.

Where is the click coming from?
When the car will not start try this. Unfortunately you do need to get under the car to access the starter wires. Car not cranking over, take a test light and see if the small purple wire to the starter solenoid is getting power when the key is turned to the crank position. If you are getting power there then everything is working up to the starter. Providing of course that you checked to make sure that you have power to the starter on the main power wire from the battery, can't say that I have ever seen no power there unless there is a bad connection at the starter.
