Default 97 SC2 bog

Hello there! I'm having some issues with my SC2-the first issues I've had with the car where I have no idea what could be causing it. First off, let me explain my 02 sensor is reading inproperly, and I need to get a new one of those. So with that known here is my situation:

A few months ago I started noticing that my car had a slight hesitation/bucking feeling around 2900 rpm's before shifting up to a higher gear. It was intermittent, and seemed to happen more if you were trying to hold a speed without shifting up for a few seconds. Now I'm noticing MAJOR hesitation around 2900-3900 rpm's before shifting to a higher gear. Not just a bucking feeling like I felt before, but a major loss of power. I can accelerate fine up to around 45 miles per hour-suddenly in 3rd gear in those RPM's I feel a big loss of power and major hestitation. Of course this is even more noticable up hills. I never had this feeling before. I'm almost flooring the pedal and have hardly any acceleration past 45 until I reach around 60 mph. Does anyone know what this could be?

Here's the cars history:
-Original Engine: 50,090 Miles
-park plugs and wires replaced around 43k in Sept
-Last oil change at 48,000 miles
-Catback thermal exhaust installed in July which blew both 02 sensors-
#2 was replaced at the time, #1 has been "cleaned" several times but
never replaced
-Intake installed in February
-burns 3/4-1 quart oil every 3000 miles
-fuel pump replaced in June
-Idle Air Control valve replaced in October-car was idling high and
sticking at high idle
-Coolant temp sensor replaced in june and coolant Cap replaced in
October due to leaking
-PCV valve and serpentine belt replaced and throttle body cleaned and
adjusted in August-original throttle body

Check the plug gap.

Clean the EGR.
