98 SL2 Dohc idle problems

Alright here is the problem , its a 98 sl2 dohc auto 108k , I will slow down to a stop when I come to a complete stop she dies , I start her back up and can drive just can't let her idle , always gotta be around 1k or over . after I let the car sit 15-20 mins get back in its fine , i've had car 4 months and this has happend twice..its not a problem that happens all the time. Thinking crank sensor or tps maybe ?

Did you do a tune up on the car as its new? Or do you know last time it any rountine maintenance was done to the car?

I would do a tune up first. See if its better. Part of a tune up is cleaning the throttle body (IAC especially) and replaceing the ECTS. I can post a tune up list if you want.
