Alright I finally got another chance because of the rain to get out there and work on it again. The battery is good. I went and had it re-tested and there is nothing wrong. I'm working on getting my alternator re-tested just to be safe. I ran my multi meter on it again.

I had 12.01 volts but still nothing showed when I checked the amps. It still came up 0.000 so...I am at a loss. I was suggested to check all the fuses and make sure that those aren't over powered and are what they should be and to make sure that I am getting the right amount of voltage and amps through there. Do you have any other suggestions?

Depending on the multimeter you may need to move one or both of the cables to a different position. also the meter may have a self protection fuse in it which is blown. Reread the meter instructions.

I tested all the fuses under hood and in the cabin and none had any draw on them with the key off. I checked the SES code and got Code 23 - IAT Circut Low. Im not finding any info on the Idle Air Temp Circut at all on here. I have already replaced the coolant temp sensors with new brass ones. Any suggestions?

Never mind the IAT circuit. I found out why it was throwing the code. After further inspection by looking at the diagram and what not I found that my IAT wasn't hooked up.

I still haven't found out what is drawing the power from the battery though. Any more suggestions?

Normal battery draw is from the radio memory presets, the keep alive memory (KAM) for the ECM/PCM, the anti-theft system (if you have one) that's part of the body control module (BCM) electronics if you have one, and maybe one or two others but I can't recall them. These are very small amounts of current and normally nothing to be concerned about. There is sometimes a problem with the rear trunk light coming on when the trunk is closed; someone has to crawl into the trunk while another is outside to release the trunk after checking that the light doesn't come on with the trunk closed. Then there's the overhead dome light that is forgotten about. If it stays on it may be either deliberately turned on and forgotten about or one of the door switches is broken/dirty leaving the light on. Any aftermarket system wired incorrectly may still be powered up and drawing power draining the battery too. Some things to ponder.
