Depends on the maker to some degree.
Brake clean is usually more alcohol solvent based to clean brake fluid and possible other oils off of brake parts with leaving no residue at all. Should not have anything in it that will harm the rubber parts in the brake systems (seals).

Carb cleaner will be made of harsher solvents to attack carbon build up. THey do not neccesarily car about a non residue product nor will they really care about if the cleaner dmages rubber. Not usually any rubber components in carbs or intakes.

One last thing.
Are you sure that you should be snorting the stuff?
It is not really all that good for you. Sure it feels great at first but then you just want more and moreof it. Then you move on to the harder stuff. You know fabric cleaners, car soaps. Then the real hard stuff. WAXES. Liquid, solid, chrome polish. It is nothing but a downward spiral.

STOP NOW BEFORE IT IS TO LATE!!!!!!!!
