Default cat converter

I am about to put a new header on my car. Should I put a high flow cat converter on too or just leave the stock one. If high flow, might one. Will a universal cat have a Oxygen Sensor hook up. If it doesn't does it matter. Thanks.

the stock cat is high-flow, so unless you suspect cat problems or are doing a turbo or supercharger, there's no need for a different cat.
