Default CD Changer ?

I have a factory CD player with the EQ and it also has the AUX button for changer controls. Can I hook up any CD changer to this or does it have to be saturn specific. I know I can go buy one of those FM Modulated ones but here's the deal. My wife had one she got as a gift a few years back and she never hooked it up. I figured I could make use of it if it can be hooked into mine. It is a pioneer changer and it has a usb cord to plug into the back of a deck.

You cannot plug just any ole' cd changer into a factory head. I have an FM modulated changer hooked upto my factory head unit. Are you sure that that is a USB cable coming out of the changer?

Most CD changers allow you to purchase adapters for the bus cables to plug into stock units. If the back of your head unit has a plug in for it, then you need an adapter for a GM to any particular unit you need, i.e. GM-sony, GM-Panasonic.

I got the Xplod head unit with 10 disc Xplod changer so I avoided the hassle, I dont like stock units.
