Default Cheapest way to lean out my car a little?

What is the cheapest way for me to lean out my LLO? Its a 93.

The wifes car is running super rich with an intake, header, and exhaust and I think its killing some power. Can I use a fuel pressure regulatur to lean the car out?

I plan on installing an A/F guage as well to monitor it on a regular basis.

If it is running really rich it might be doing so because it senses a problem. Do you have a SES light on or anything?

Also, when is it running rich (acceleration, idle, etc)?

As far as leaning it out, you could use an adjustable FPR and an A/F gauge, but the A/F gauges aren't usually very accurate.

Yeah its running pretty darn rich. And its all the time really. I have an SES light on but its been that way for I don't know how long. Theres a couple of lights on in that area I think a short caused them to stay on or something. (like my seat belt light, etc).

Use the paper clip to pull the codes already!

It'll only take 2 mins.
