You can get a standalone program and it will tell you alot of those functions that you want but how are you going to look at a laptop when driving? Sounds kinda dangerous to me so i suggest you look into the defi performance gauge setup.

Some good standalone program compaines are haltech, aem, megasquirt, apexi. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANY OF THESE SYSTEMS! Plus do you have a dyno accessible? Because if yout dont there no point in owning one of these because street tuning isnt the best way to tune at car with a standalone program.
www.epictechnologies.com also makes a really really really really great gauge setups, and g meters for racing. But be prepared to spend around 5g's or more for the setup.
