Default Curiosity killed the cat!

ok well heres the story, when my car is cold and below normal operating temp. the thing runs mint, and is very quick. but once it heats up it becomes sluggish. i asked earlier if it is heat soak but someone told me that saturns dont suffer from heat soak. today one of my friends told me that his car acted like that and it turned out to be that he had a bad knock sensor, he told me that i should try changing it but i thought i would get u guys opinion b4 i spend some dough on it. or could it be something else, and what is it?

thanks guys, any input would be appretiated. please dont argue over whos right whos wrong i appretiate any input.

Autozone parts blow.

Anyway....since you work there, check for codes.
