www.streetdesignauto.com has parts for it. They were just putting together a complete rebuild kit...don't remember all what it had, all gaskets, bearings, rings...etc...
Otherwise, grab a junkyard engine or keep your eye open on the forums, someone's always selling one somewhere.
It's pretty easy. In a nutshell:
Crank car after removing fuel pump fuse to drain fuel pressure.
Remove intake and battery/tray.
Remove clutch slave from transmission. Put off to side.
Pull all sensors off the transmission and engine. Jack up car. Take off wheels. Go underneath the car to get the ones off the back of the block.
Drain engine oil, coolant, and transmission fluid.
Remove throttle cable, coolant hoses (upper/lower radiator, coolant return on top of engine, and two coming from the firewall)
Remove accessory belt, power steering pump (3 bolts, leave the hoses connected). Remove A/C (leave hoses connected). Set both off to the side on some rags so you don't scratch your paint.
Remove exhaust downpipe. Pop axles out of transmission and put them aside. Remove intermediate axle.
Remove fuel lines.
Install engine hoist (with load leveler if possible. Remove TAM and 3 motor mounts. Swing the front side of the engine straight up and pull the engine/transmission together right out the top.
I may have missed a few steps, but that's probably the quickest and easiest way to do it. If you have an auto, you might be better off unbolting the transmission and pulling the engine by itself. I've never done an auto.
