Default Engine is rough


Ill be in park or drive and be stopped and its awful...it vibrates so much, i have no idea what the problem could be.....if anyon has any ideas let me know...the engine only has like 80,000 on it

Inspect your motor mounts. Both lower dogbones, and the upper (torque axis) mount.

What am i looking for..is there a way to show that they are bad?

Most likely the upper engine mount is bad. Located by the coolant surge tank. Goes from the frame/body of the car to the front of the engine. Check the rubber in it to ee if it broken up or if the piece that is on the engine is touching the or close to the frame/body.
