Default Finally no more tranny problems

Well with this shop telling me one thing and another shop's best guess is a $800.00 Valve Body repair (They had the car for 2 weeks) which most likely will fix the problem. My local guys advice was flush the tranny and sell the problem to some one else. I have finally gotten the whole thing resolved.

For half the cost and no grief Joey and his team fixed the problem. Service that I would say is hard to beat. In one day they replaced my tranny even though it poured all day and we had tornados spotted locally. Joey and his team (Ray and Frank) stuck to it and got the job done. Driving home later that night was a pleasure. It was like driving a new car.

If any of you out there need work done I can only say one thing. If it is a saturn and you want it done right you can't go wrong by having Joey and his team take care of it. Quality work at a price that you can't beat. If you think it is to far to visit, all I can say is that what I saved on having Joey do my transmission would have paid for a long weekend in Fort Myers enjoying Florida. Since I live in Florida what I saved will put nice Hubs (Which I got at a great price from joey) and 4 new toyo's on the car. A totally different outcome from 99% of the car repair shop's I have dealt with.

right on jerry, always a pleasure to hear from a happy (but wet) camper! lol
im glad i came down allthough i wasnt slated to be in thet day, it was nice to meet you and we got some good laughs (im gonna answer your email in a minute) yesterday with the weather far more acceptable the guys wrapped up pretty much everything i couldve asked for, of course they had 52 hour work weeks and THAT was a killer (my guys all make good money) but that rain really slowed down everything, that trans SHOULD have been a 6 hour job tops, but hey, what can you do with downpours and tornadoes crashing around you? (everything was fine when i got home, apperantley the lehigh touchdown one was about 12 miles south of me so im assuming it touched down somewere round st rd 82 (the one we took to my shop) but the other way towards immakolee.
i bet your daughters ALLOT happier with those 2001 sc2 rims then the stock steel wheels too! thanks again man, see you on the 26th?

She is very happy. She had a little fender bender. Someone hit the left side of her car. So now it time to look for a place to fix that. Hope I can find a shop that will work a deal with me. Other person Insurance company is covering the repair but If I can get the shop to let me swap out the quarter panel myself and a few other things and they can apply the whole repair cost to a good paint job I would be estatic.

Your guys did a great job. Others would have just given up.
