Default head removal with engine in car, help..twin cam motor

got a 92 sc with twin cam, need to remove head while the engine is still in the car, head needs work, wondering if you would possibly give me a 'how to' in a twin cam head removal with engine in car? Also, do i need to have the engine at a certain pint so when i re-install the head that the timing gears and chain and all that mess is lined up right so valve timing will be right?

Default Removing head

It would take hours to type it in but the Chilton's manual covers this very well and they are less than $20.
