Default Head unit wont turn on - Fuses perfect - Wiring perfect

Ive read and read.... tinkered and readjusted a million times in the past 3 hours. For some reason I can't get my aftermarket Pioneer DEH-960 to work. I am almost absolutely sure the wiring is 100% correct and I checked and re-checked all the fuses and all are ok.

Ive read about the Chime fuse, but I can't find it. Where is it? Well I doubt it's that because my Door chime works flawlessly. Hmm.. Oh an yea I checked the Inline Fuse as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

might be trouble with the head unit itself, I dunno. BTW, there are 2 main fuse boxes for the car. One is under your center stack, mostly accessed from the passenger side (there are a couple relays on the back accessed from the drivers side I think). The other is under your hood on the driver's side.

Can you elaborate a little more please... you mean the fuse box? or on the actual stereo? inside the stereo dwelling

Yea I checked there... I know where the fuse box is. But like I said in the first post, I see nothing that says 'Chime' on the panel.

if your stock unit works fine, and the aftermarket doesn't, then that means it's almost gotta be in either the harness or the aftermarket HU. Any buddies have aftermarket HU's they could pull, and then plug yours in to test it?

When using http://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/GM-Wiring.pdf which side do I use? When using the right side I come up with extra unused wires... when using left, Im missing wires. I was thinking about splicing my factory wire to see if it is the harness i bought.
