Default Help Again

Here is the situation...
The injector on my tbi isn't opening. I've now gotton power to it and fuel pressure to it. The injector reads the correct resistance. Can the injector still be bad. What else can this be?
Thanks

Just replace it. If it's getting power, it's probably bad.

Now that you have power to it do you have ground? It is grounded through the PCM. Like many things on Saturns the injector gets constant power and it's operation is controlled by gounding.

I know how it works, I have continuity from the injector to pin 13 to the pcm. How do I tell If the PCM is working properly, grounding it and ungrounding it. If i ground one wire off my multimeter and have the other in the injector plug, B side, and try to start it will i get a continuity signal or how would I check it. Thanks

Fixed!!! Found a few places where the dealership screwed up my wires. All fixed with an ebay pcm and $4 of electrical stuff. Thanks for all your help guys in all the forums that helped me troubleshoot.
