HOLY CRAP!

After shifting from 1st to 2nd gear i hear a LOUD *POP* It sounded like when you inflate a grocery bag and then pop it, sounded like that and like it came from the engine bay. I kept driving thought cuz no CEL came on and the car ran fine. That was last night and today i was w/ a bud in his car and my bro was driving mine, with a passenger and we were side by side and it *POPPED* again, this time i was looking right at my car when it popped and my bro's expression on his face was WTF?! So yeah you guys, what could it be.

well really just like pop when you blow up a bag, but kind of muffled, nothing else to say the least
