Default How far to go on a swap


Ok I have a 94 sc1 and picked up a 94 sl2 Im swapping the engine. would anyone go as far as ABS and Cruise control? has it been done?

No idea on how easy the ABS swap is, but supposedly installing ABS is really simple. If I remember correctly someone said it takes around 45 minutes to INSTALL. that isnt counting pulling it out of the donor car.

If you have a complete donor car then you can swap it all. But it will be a lot of work. Mainly the ABS. Wiring, brake lines, speed sensors, rear wheel bearings, front axles....

someone said the steering on the sl2 is speed variable is this true?
also is the fuel pump needed?

fuel pump might be beeded cuz it is a dohc but i would be positive befre you messed with it though?
