Default HUGE engine problems.

Alright, heres the deal. My car just lost ALL of the oil. I dont know what happened. I had 4 quarts yesterday, and then today ALL of the oil came out of the engine and is currently coating my engine bay. I write with oil-greased fingers. It came somewhere from the front of the engine. I also lost all my coolant. Anyone have even the slightest idea of a cause? Thanks.

Sounds like head gasket is gone.

Did you have the oil cap on?

How much did you drive between this and after you put the oil in?

Did you notice the smoke?

Any noises before the oil and coolant came out? It is time to do a real good inspection of the engine. Unless a gasket has blown out big time there may be holes where there are not supposed to be any.

BOOOOM goes your head gasket, or even a large crack in the head itself.

im leaning more towards cracked BLOCK, look under your a/c brackets and see what you can find...
if you need an complete low mileage engine we jsut stocked up for the whole summer, we have dozens of sweet motors right now, we also have economy options, all with one year warranty, or you can buy just a block opr head if thats the case. drop me a line, www.6thplanetusedparts.com once we have it diagnosed, with us you wont spend more then neccasery nor will we steer you in the wrong direction for our fiscal benifit, we are plenty busy that we dont have to sell junk to people.

yeah all the oil wouldnt come out if it was just the seal around the valve cover...i had a giant hole in my valve cover gasket and it just dripped a little oil...not the whole 4 quarts. So i am going to have to go with joey and say your block is brokenated.
