Default inch/lbs verses ft/lbs

I wanted a torgue wrench that would measure 20ft/lbs and the ones they sell (dial type) would be at the very low end. Could I use an inch/lb torque wrench instead?? and would 20 ft/lbs be the same as 240 in/lbs ??
Thanks
Phil

1 foot pound equals 12 inch pounds. So yes the 20 ft/lb=240 in/lb.

If you can get a dual scale one that has standard ft or in lb and metric NM.
