Manual Window problem

my driver window wont roll up all the way. it will get about 3/4 of the way then it will "skip" and the handle will just rotate freely. anyone had this problem before? and if so, exactly what part was broken?

if its not the teeth inside the actual little plastic window crank then most likely the regualtor is binding or has broken teeth, you can drop me a email or respond here, we have manual window regs in stock and we test them up and down for smooth operation before shipping and you get a one year warranty, thanks, Joey

Of course we would send him the correct part, we have plenty of regulators in stock.
