Default Noise When I turn Very Slightly to the Left >40mph

I think the noise emanates from the driver side wheel (or somewhere around it I think) when I turn slightly to the left. This began after I pulled my engine out and put it back in to repair the clutch. I've replaced the wheel bearing, rotated the tires, and replaced the half shafts on both sides. The noise has continued unchanged. Could it be the bearing in gear box where the half shaft splins into or the struts? My car has been making this noise for months and it drives me nuts. The sound is like the tire is riding on its edge. It only makes the sound when Im going over ~40mph. As usual any insight would be very much appreciated.

Check the motor mounts and lower transmission mount.

Is it tire squeel, or does it sound like something else. What about tire alignment (if its tire squeel).

I forgot to mention I have new tires and wheels aligned. It sounds like the tire is on its edge. What should I look for regarding the motor and transmission mounts? They looked ok when i put them in and I torqued them down per the spec. I will look at them again and if something stands out.
