Default Oil on spark plug

I went and changed all the plugs and when i pulled one of the plug(second from the right side end) was soaked with oil. The 3 was Ok except that 1 with oil. My question is > What causes this? Can this be fixed? I know that it could lead to bad burning oil if it keeps up. My car is a 1992 SL2 DOHC 120k mi. I did read somewhere that it might need a valve cover gasket. Is this something that will correct this problem or is it a rebuilt motor thing?

Your valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. Its a simple fix and not very expensive.
