Default Oil and Tran Fluid amounts

I had the Haynes in my hands last week and fogot to write it down.
I'll be doing a transmission fluid and oil change this weekend..

How many Litres of Oil does it take to fill ?

How many Litres of Automatic Transmission Fluid does it take to fill ?

I'd rather not make a trip to the auto store with my bike.

3.8 litres of oil with a filter change.
About 4 litres of trans fluid with just draining the fluid and changing the trans external filter.

what he said, but be prepared to add more if you have to, once the respective fluids have dripped down. I found that after I changed the oil and added 3 quarts, ran the engine for ~5 min, I had to then add almost another quart even tho the dipstick read "full" prior to turning on the car.

Don't forget to check the trans fluid WITH THE ENGINE HOT AND RUNNING.
