Default problem with idle

i have a 1997 sc2 and latelly my idle is rough to say the least. when i start my car the idle jumps up to about 2500 then slowly goes down to 0 on my factory gauge, if i tap the gas the car feels and tries to stall out, i have replaced the iat sensor and also the o2 sensor on the down pipe, can anyone tell me what could be doing this,it is really p-ing me off, i almost forgot, i can hear my cold air intake really sucking, but i am not sure if that could be from my new high flow cat.
thank you

PCM coolant temp sensor and connector if the teminals in it are corroded is the first step.
