Find a different Saturn store. Unless you have tried to enter a wrong unlock code more than three (? I believe may be a couple more) times it is a fairly simple process that should not take more than 1/2 hour tops. 200$ is a rip off to just retrive and put in the code.

The codes are fairly specific to each radio or perhaps batches of them as they are only 4 digit ones. the saturn service center needs to pull a code number from the radio and then phone it into Staurn to get a unlock code for your radio which will let them unlock the radio. They should be able to givethat code to you so that you can either change the code to your own or so that you have it to unlock the radio again if you need to.
