Default Replacing Engine Cradle

Due to heavy rust I bought an engine cradle from 6th Planet Auto Parts. Everything was rusty so I sprayed the nuts with PB Blaster for two weeks. One of the front mounts didn't unloosen. The sheet metal nut holder broke apart from inside the frame. I had to grind the bolt head off since the nut retainer clip turned without unloosening.

I bought new front retainer assembly clips from the dealer. I thought I would see a hole in the frame big enough for the clip to into once the cradle was off. The size of the cradle assembly nut is 3cm X 1cm. Do I remove front bumper to install the assembly nut into the frame from the front?

With the help of a private message from Bill at Planet 6 Racing, I found the 3cm X 1cm cradle assembly nut holes.

After I was told there was an opening into which the nut and capture assembly is placed and it's pretty easy to get it all back in there once you see it, I looked again and found the 3cm X 1cm holes on the side of the frame rails.
