Default replacing keyless entry remote

Ok, now that I am able to drive my car again (see previous thread) I would like to replace the keyless entry remote. I looked on eBay and found a bunch of them that say they are for a 9x-99 or Saturn, but they all look different, and none of them look like the one I lost.

How do I know which one will work with my car? And does anyone know of a place other than eBay where I might find them relatively inexpensively?

If you don't have the original remote, you will need to contact your local dealership with your VIN, or drive in, so they can tell you the remote number. Once you have that, THEN you can shop e-bay for a remote. I got one for my car (an extra one - I already had one) for like $18 shipped. Then once you get it, you can have the dealership program it for you.

you may be able to do it yourself, but the method varies. The dealer shouldn't charge you to program it, but if you want to do a search to find out what method to use for programming, then by all means... I programmed my own.
