Default Rotors and CV joint

I just bought new powerslot rotors and they are vibrating. They are on right, someone told me I should shave the rotors down a hair to even them out. Is this true?

I also have vibration coming through the floor on the passenger side of my car. Another friend of mine told me it's probably the CV joint. My tires are a balanced and fine, as well as is my alignment.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have an idea about the rotors? They chirp from the slots and vibrate when they heat up
