Default Rough Idle

This past weekend we worked on rebuilding my car form a wreck. In the process, we tried to keep the engine in place with an engine lift, and ended raising it about 1/2" to re-align the motor mounts.

Now that everything is back together, it is idling kinda roughly. Nothing too bad, but enough to be felt. I got a code P0134 which turned out to be the connector for the 02 sensor on the manifold had been pulled apart slightly while working. plugged that back together and all was well, no codes since.

I checked all the connections I could find and everything seemed OK. It also seems to be idling a little high, around 950 or so, it is normally around 870. Any ideas what this could be or a sensor or loose vacuum line I missed checking that could be throwing it off? Thanks

Robert
